Terms of Service
1. Scope and eligibility
Vexroll currently provides an adult test-credit casino experience. No real-money gambling, cryptocurrency transfers, fiat deposits or cash prizes are available. You must be at least 18, meet any higher local minimum age, and only access the service where permitted. Underage use is prohibited. These terms do not establish a gambling licence or permission to serve any country.
2. Your account
Register with a username, email and password. Your username is an alias; your legal name is not requested at signup. You must confirm eligibility and accept these terms. Give accurate information when requested, keep your email current and protect your password and recovery key. Do not share, transfer or sell accounts. One personal account per person unless staff explicitly approve a legitimate exception. Impersonation, forged documents and evasion of restrictions are prohibited.
3. Verification when requested
Identity documents are not required to create a test account. Vexroll may request proportionate verification at any time to establish age, identity, address, control of an account, or source of funds; investigate fraud; or meet applicable obligations. Registration without documents is not a promise of permanent anonymous access or exemption from verification. You must cooperate with a valid request to continue restricted activities.
The four levels are: 1 — personal details (legal name, date of birth and address); 2 — identity document (valid government ID, driving licence or passport); 3 — proof of address; 4 — source of funds or income (evidence supporting the origin of funds). Staff explain what is required for each case. Completing a form does not itself verify a level. Only an authorized reviewer can record a decision after reviewing evidence.
Do not place identity images, bank statements, passwords or private wallet keys in support tickets. When available, use the secure hosted verification link in your account. Document collection through an automated provider is not yet connected; staff must establish a suitable secure verification channel before asking for documents.
4. Withdrawal checks
A test withdrawal over 2,000 test credits automatically requires verification levels 1 and 2. Levels 3 and 4 may be requested following a risk review. Exactly 2,000 is not above that threshold. An outstanding mandatory request, a failed mandatory review or an account hold may block a withdrawal at any amount. Attempts to split activity or use multiple accounts to evade checks may lead to a manual review. The amount is a test-credit demonstration of the proposed US$2,000 policy, not a live cash withdrawal rule or a legal safe harbour. A future money service may require earlier or additional checks under the rules of each approved market.
When a check prevents completion, the test balance is not debited. A case decision and reason are recorded. Missing evidence or a failed check may result in continued restrictions or closure, but do not automatically establish fraud or transfer ownership of funds to the operator.
5. Underage accounts, holds and closure
Suspected underage use may trigger an immediate protective hold. Where a reviewer confirms that a customer is under the minimum age, Vexroll closes account access, revokes sessions, and prevents play, reward claims and withdrawals. The remaining test balance is locked and has no cash value. Closure removes access; it does not automatically erase transaction, verification or security records that must be retained.
If money services are introduced later, any treatment of deposits, stakes, prizes or other funds must follow applicable law, licence conditions and lawful directions, including required refunds. These terms do not authorize blanket confiscation or indefinite withholding contrary to those requirements. Contact the operator for review of an incorrect decision or a lawful records request.
6. Test credits and round settlement
Test credits cannot be purchased, sold, transferred for money or redeemed. “Deposit” adds credits and “withdraw” removes them; neither sends money. Signed-in Keno, Roulette, Wheel and the two Vexroll slots are settled on the server and recorded in the saved wallet. The six classic Originals and guest play use separate browser practice credits and do not earn VIP rewards. The server record governs saved-account results; animations are a presentation of those results.
Rules, paytables and available wagers are shown with each game. Return-to-player figures are long-run mathematical expectations, not a promised session return. Where payouts are rounded down to whole credit cents, the paid return depends on wager size; see the game rules. Games have not been independently certified for real-money use. A connection interruption may hide an already completed round: check your saved activity before attempting another wager.
7. VIP levels and rewards
Eligible saved wagers earn instant rakeback, a weekly pool and a monthly pool under the published VIP schedule. Rates are percentages of the eligible wager, not percentages of a casino's house edge or of your losses. Your tier immediately before a wager determines its rates; reaching a level does not reprice earlier wagers. Cumulative eligible wagers determine progression. Welcome credits, deposits, withdrawals, staff adjustments, reward claims, guest play and browser practice rounds do not count as wagering.
Instant rewards can be claimed when at least one credit cent is available. Weekly pools close at Monday 00:00 UTC; monthly pools close at the first day of the next calendar month, 00:00 UTC. Closed pools then become claimable. Fractional credit cents are retained toward later claims under the program accounting rules. Earned rewards have no claim expiry and no additional wagering requirement. All rewards currently consist of non-redeemable test credits. Holds may prevent a claim while an account issue is resolved; the accounting record remains.
Vexroll may change future program rates, qualifying games or eligibility with notice and an updated published schedule. Changes do not retroactively reduce correctly earned rewards. Credited amounts caused by a proven error or abuse may be corrected through an auditable adjustment and explained to the affected customer. Do not wager more to chase a tier; rewards do not guarantee profit.
8. Prohibited conduct and operator protections
Do not exploit software errors, manipulate requests, submit fabricated results, automate abusive traffic, collude, share accounts, use stolen information, create duplicate identities to obtain benefits, launder funds, or bypass security and account restrictions. Vexroll may limit requests, pause affected games, require verification, suspend activity or close accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with obligations. Decisions and balance corrections must be supported by recorded reasons; a general suspicion alone is not an unrestricted right to confiscate funds.
9. Errors and interruptions
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or technical faults. Report disputed rounds with their reference, time and game. Vexroll may investigate and correct demonstrable duplicate, corrupted or erroneous test-credit entries using new adjustment records rather than overwriting transaction history. A payout display alone does not override the recorded result. You may ask support to review a decision. No guaranteed uptime or earnings are promised.
10. Play controls
Use Support & your account to set a daily wager limit or self-exclusion. An active exclusion cannot be shortened through the website. Daily limits use UTC days and include bonus-buy cost. Self-exclusion blocks saved wagering; it does not by itself create a withdrawal restriction. These controls cannot identify every anonymous visitor or prevent use of a separate identity. Do not evade them.
11. Content, liability and mandatory rights
Do not copy Vexroll's protected materials or use the service to infringe another person's rights. You are responsible for securing your access and for accurate submissions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, fitness for financial gain, or accuracy of a transient display. Nothing excludes liability, refunds, privacy rights or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not invent an operator identity, licence, governing law or dispute forum that has not been established.
12. Notices, changes and reviews
Material terms or privacy changes require renewed acknowledgement before protected account actions. The current versions and acceptance dates are recorded. Use the support centre for account, reward, verification and game reviews, including the relevant reference. If access has been closed, use the contact channel through which the operator invited you. No staffed response time is promised. The full operator identity, business contact, market rules and formal complaints process must be established before a real-money launch.
Privacy Notice
The operator of this Vexroll Site uses the data below to provide and protect the current service. The operator’s full legal identity, business contact information, applicable jurisdiction, legal bases, retention schedule and relevant international-transfer arrangements must be finalized before opening this service to public customers or real-money play. This notice is a description of the implemented test service, not a claim of regulatory approval.
What we store
- Your account identifier, entered email, unique username, display name, optional country code, account status, creation and last-activity times.
- A salted password hash and hashed recovery key; the original password and recovery key are not stored. Session identifiers are stored as hashes.
- Saved-account transactions, game results and request references; VIP qualifying wagers, tier rates, accrued rewards, period totals and claims; acceptance versions and dates; account play controls.
- Support tickets, messages and staff notes; staff access roles and an audit history of administrative actions and ledger entries.
- Four-level identity requests made by authorized staff or a withdrawal threshold: level, purpose, player instructions, status, dates, source, staff decisions and evidence references; legal name, date of birth and address submitted for level 1; account hold status and reasons. A hosted verification link may be stored while a case is open. No identity document upload is required at signup, and this website has no document upload service.
- Your cookie choice. If you opt in, page paths, event times and a pseudonymous browser reference for simple traffic counts. No advertising analytics are installed.
How data is used and accessed
Data supports sign-in, saved balances, game activity, customer service, account controls, abuse prevention and operational reporting. Authorized staff can see information needed for their role. Aggregate analysts cannot use the customer or ticket endpoints. Vercel hosts the website and its account service; Turso stores the service database. These infrastructure providers process requests and may maintain their own operational logs. Hashed network identifiers help limit automated abuse. We do not sell customer data through this service.
Requested identity checks
If authorized staff or the withdrawal policy request verification, you can see the request in your account and support centre. Identity review details are restricted to the owner, administrators and dedicated verification reviewers. General support and analyst roles cannot access identity evidence. Where a hosted Sumsub link is provided, documents are submitted to that provider, whose privacy notice applies; inspect it before proceeding. Vexroll stores case metadata and the staff decision, not document images through this website. Provider links are removed from the case when it closes. Manual review records do not certify a gambling licence or automatically authorize real-money play.
Your choices and requests
You can change your username, update your password, export account and transaction records, choose optional analytics and contact support about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights. Some records may need to be retained for security or obligations applicable to the operator; a closure request does not automatically erase the audit ledger. The operator reviews deletion requests individually. A withdrawal threshold can automatically create verification requests, but the website does not currently automate document authenticity checks or legal retention decisions. A recorded manual approval is not a provider certification.
Retention and security
Sessions expire after seven days. Cookie choices expire in the browser after one year. Account, ledger, support and audit records currently remain until the operator carries out an appropriate retention or deletion process. Opting out of analytics deletes the analytics events linked to the current preference cookie. Security measures include role checks, encrypted transport, password hashing, session protections and append-only operational records. No service can guarantee absolute security.
